Extra comments from our community not from me:

Okemo + Jiminy are best for family-friendly ski getaways

Thunder Mountain has a bar set up where you can see the kids with their instructors

Kilington + Stowe are best for long ski weekends.

Mt. Snow + Bromley are also great

Smugglers notch if you want the family to learn to ski experience

Stowe! Plenty to do if you don't ski or Charlie isn't learning to ski

Both Stowe + Sugarbush have excellent Mt. care for babes and ski school for 3+

Camelback resort! Things for all ages. Skiing. tubing. water park + arcade + bars
