TOP TEAM CT
I never really thought about hiring an organizer. I’m not a super organized person but when I became a mom I really tried to get a good system going, but every time clutter seemed to start rolling in. No matter how hard I seemed to try a new season, a birthday, a friendly get-together and everything seemed to be everywhere. Ana reached out to me on Instagram a few times and I have to be honest I was very hesitant to even consider meeting with her. The though of having someone come into my house and handle all of our belongings made me feel a little uncomfortable. After some persistence on her part I thought why not, lets give it a try.
I can’t tell you how warm and loving Ana is! She is so great with kids and feels like family. After our first meeting I was immediately put at ease and gave her my full trust to do whatever she saw fit to help us become organized.
We decided to start with the kitchen, play room and basement.
The kitchen was so important to me because it’s our most used space in the home, our playroom needs to be organized because it doubles as our mudroom and is a walk through room which also holds the powder room, and our basement gave me the most amount of anxiety in out home.
Our kitchen was made up of tons of very large pull our drawers and it was almost impossible to keep multiple things in each drawer which we needed to do. Ana created smaller spaces within each drawer and created systems for us. It has been life changing.
These wood dividers Ana used throughout the kitchen look custom, you can find the two sizes we used linked below.
You can find the deep drawer organizers HERE.
You can find these clear snack containers HERE.
You can find this knife organizer HERE.
Have you ever seen anything sexier? You can find the round container holding the dishwasher tabs HERE.
I wish we took a before of this! This looks a million times better. You can find the lazy Susan HERE.
Our playroom functions so well as multiple spaces now. It was previously mostly used for storage because it’s where we just threw everything and that was completely changed. We have storage for the shoes, jackets, hats and kids gear. We have a brand new toy storage closet and reading section for the kids! It’s been transformed.
The boys LOVE having the books organized right on the door and so do I. You can find the book organizer HERE.
Our basement was our biggest transformation. When we moved into our home we had a two/three month old. That being said we literally packed everything up at our apartment. and threw it in our new basement. We never really unpacked all of our clothes and junk. I never was able to sort through and organize at the time because I was a new mom. As I needed things I would run down and try and find it like a needle in a hay stack. I would unpack multiple boxes making our issue worse. I got to a place where I never wanted to go into the basement. Ana took this disaster and completely transformed it. This was my favorite part of our project. My husband was blown away when he saw what she did. I gave her full authority to do what she needed and she took care of everything.
You can find the shelving HERE.
I really don’t like having shoes on the floor of the closet. This is leading down to our basement and has worked really well for us. You can find the bins HERE.
I’m always asked about hat storage options! Ana used hooks and they’ve been working out great! You can find them HERE.
I could not recommend Ana more!! You can find her website to book a consult, HERE.
